    2. By accessing or using our website and Services, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply ("Additional Terms").
    3. If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please do not use our services.
    4. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  2. Access and Availability
    1. We offer services on a subscription basis. Once you have registered a user account on the Service website, you will be asked to complete a checkout process to activate your subscription. Once you complete this process, you will be granted access to the Service.
    2. Subscription fees are payable upon purchase and are non-refundable.
    3. Your subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period stipulated during the checkout process unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period.

    2. Companions are fiction generated by software. You must not present them as real people or use them to impersonate anyone.
